These Terms and Conditions (the "General Terms") are the legal terms and conditions under which we issue and provide the Product to you

Please thoroughly read the General Terms before registering in our web and using our Product. By registering with us, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these General Terms and agree to fully comply with them. • To become a member, or make use of the account, you must agree to the terms of use. This agreement forms a legal contract between you and us once you register as a member.
• We may and can change the General terms from time to time. A prior notice via email will be forwarded to the primary email registered with your account. Also, a notice will be posted in the website embedded with link to General Terms.
• Should you disagree to any proposed changes, you can terminate or close your account immediately without facing any charges.
• To become a member, you must be at least 18 years of age. By opening a Cashthru Account you declare that you are 18 years or older. This does not apply to products for which we set a different age limit. We may require at any time that you provide evidence of your age.
• You must not create more than one Account for your own use of the Product.
• Please do not attempt to access, or make use of the product from, or in any jurisdiction where such access or usage is prohibited by Applicable Laws.
• You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with any and all laws, rules and regulations that may be applicable to you in connection with your purchase and use of Cashthru.
• We reserve the right to decline any transaction solely based on the circumstances, if the transaction is a fraudulent, violation of the General terms, any applicable laws or in case of insufficient funds.
• We are not a bank account. Cashthru is an electronic account that enables you to send and receive electronic payments. These accounts are not ensured by any government agency. Hence, we do not pay any interest on any balances in your account.
• Your Cashthru Account is denominated in a currency of your choice, as selected by you from the currencies made available from time to time. This will remain the currency of your account for the duration of your agreement with us.
• You acknowledge that the Products, like other Internet applications, are not secure. We will implement reasonable security measures in our Services in accordance with standard industry practice, but we do not guarantee the prevention or detection of any unauthorized attempts to access the Products.
• We may close, suspend, or limit your access to our Products as much and for as long as we need to do so to protect you or us.
• We are not liable for any damages or losses made by virtue of incorrect amounts due to being provided incorrect information from you or fraudulent act that has compromised the security of your account due to gross negligence. We are not responsible for verifying the accuracy and authenticity of the information you provide us.
• You are solely responsible for procuring, maintaining and securing your connectivity to use the Products. We do not control, and are not responsible, for any and all problems, delivery failures and all other loss or damage relating to your network connection.
• Your account may be subjected to upload, payment and withdrawal limits, depending on your country of residence, the verification status of your account and other factors used by us to determine such limits from time to time at our sole discretion
• It is solely your responsibility not ours to ensure the payments you send or receive from persons or organization in compliance with any applicable laws and regulation. If you face any doubt in the legality of the purchase or supply, you should not continue with your payment.
• You can only open a Cashthru Account on legal grounds depending on the rules and regulations of your country as a residence. By opening an Account, you represent and warrant to us that opening of a Cashthru Account does not violate any laws or regulations applicable to you. You shall pay us the amount of any losses we incur in connection with your breach of this section.
• You shall use your Account in accordance with these General Terms, and you shall always maintain the confidentiality of your user's name and password and any other credentials.
• You accept and authorize the exchange rates used by us or any intermediary institution used by us for the purposes of processing the transactions you request.
• We make no further warranties, guaranties or conditions to you with respect to Cashthru Services except the ones set out in General terms.
• In the event that we have reasons to believe that you have provided us with false information or Account details we reserve the right to terminate the provision of our Services to you and restrict your access, suspend or cancel your Account without prior notice.
